The Baby Care Room is a dedicated, family-friendly space for parents with babies and young children, created to provide comfort and privacy during visits to the centre.
Facilities include:

• a calm space to rest during shopping visits, which is particularly helpful for parents with young children.
The room is located in the central part of Galeria Kazimierz, near the restrooms (near the green and orange restrooms), ensuring easy and convenient access while shopping at the centre.
Galeria Kazimierz in Kraków has implemented a range of solutions to ensure the centre is accessible and comfortable for visitors with disabilities or reduced mobility.
• The main entrances and walkways are designed to allow easy access for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility – including access to lifts in the building.
• The centre provides toilets equipped according with current accessibility standards, offering additional manoeuvring space and facilities for people with reduced mobility.
• The multi-storey car park includes designated parking spaces for disabled visitors with disabilities, located close to the entrances for easier access to the centre.
• Corridors and passageways are wide and free from architectural barriers, making it easier to move around for wheelchair users, people using walking aids, and those with visual impairments.
• Guide dogs are welcome, which is important for the visually impaired.

The centre has a multi-storey car park with over 1,500 spaces, making it easy to find a spot even during the busiest periods.
The first hour of parking is free for all drivers. Each additional hour costs PLN 5. Visitors using the Cinema City cinema, the gym or the dance school can park free of charge for up to three hours after validating their parking ticket at the reception desk of the cinema, gym or school.
The car park operates with a modern APCOA vehicle registration and payment system, ensuring quick and convenient entry, parking and exit.
Electric vehicle charging points are also available, providing a convenient solution for drivers of zero-emission cars.
On level -1, there is a car wash – Auto Clean – where you can take comprehensive care of your vehicle’s cleanliness and maintenance.
The car park is divided into colour-coded and numbered zones, making it easier for drivers to locate their parked vehicles.
Galeria Kazimierz in Kraków also provides facilities for motorcyclists. On level 0 of the car park, there are designated parking spaces specifically for motorcycles, as well as lockers where riders can safely store their accessories or motorcycle clothing while visiting the centre.
Motorcyclists can use the shopping centre’s multi-storey car park under the same terms as other drivers, making it easier to stop by and plan short visits or shopping trips.
